Our taxi van service is very suitable for those of our clients that do not have much to move but we also offer a full relocation service for those of our clients that have much more.

Packing
1.We offer a full and complete packing service where we provide you with packing materials, pack your possessions and move you. We can also unpack for you if need be. Your goods will be packed by experienced teams to the highest of standards and you are guaranteed safe passage of your goods to the new location. Needless to say, if anything is broken due to our negligence, you are completely indemnified.
2. We understand that some of clients might want to be involved in their move for various reasons which may include saving money. We can deliver packing materials to you in advance so you can do your own packing. When you are ready, give us a call and we’ll pick up your goods and deliver them to your new address, hassle free.
European Removals
We know that moving to another country can affect all aspects of your life hence we provide a service that uses a holistic approach in planning your move, taking into consideration all the aspects of the life you are leaving behind and the one you will be starting.
In a European move, organisation and careful planning can go a long way. Using their experience and expertise, our relocation experts will ensure that you receive the best advice on transportation and other moving services, enabling you to make decisions which take all your circumstances into consideration and are based on your needs. They will undertake a full comprehensive survey at your house so they can produce a detailed European Moving Itinerary.
An international move requires a special packing service and our relocation experts will advise you on your packing needs and will make estimates of your possessions in cubic metres. This is done so that we can provide packing materials that suit your needs. It also helps with staff and vehicle allocation. We also offer those of our clients the option of arranging insurance for their effects for that extra peace of mind.
We offer the following services:
1. Fully Dedicated Lorry
• Your effects will be packed at your residence and loaded into a lorry.
• They will be delivered directly to your new location. This is a direct service and transit times are shorter than shared or groupage services. This is ideal if you are taking the majority of contents for a three bedroomed property.
2. Shared or Groupage Lorry Consignments
• If you are moving less than a full house, Brooks can offer space in a lorry, which is effectively shared with other customers going to the same destination.
• This is cost effective and transit times are longer as there is a period of consolidation prior to departure.
Business Relocation
Moving your office to another location, be it in the same building or to a remote location requires a level of skill and management that can overwhelm even the most capable of office managers. At Brooks we realise how daunting this task can be and to take the weight off your shoulders, we have developed a system that relocates businesses in the most organised and cost efficient way with as little disruption to your day-to-day activities as possible. This system ensures our quality ethos extends through out our business and our people are dedicated to making sure that whatever your requirement, you can be assured of total peace of mind.
Our relocation surveyor will visit you at your place of work to assess your needs to enable him/her to plan a relocation project with you. He/she can organise packing, crate hire and storage facilities if required. Please use this time with him/her to bring up any queries or concerns you may have about your move.
Depending on your needs, we can also provide you with an IT Relocation specialist who will also visit you at your place of work to assess how best to relocate your IT equipment. He/she will discuss with you what packing materials are best and will ensure that all equipment is disconnected and dismantled expertly, relocated and then connected according to your specifications of course.
