If your removal team is not up to expectation within the first 20 minutes of arrival just call our operations department who, if required, would assist you in your request to opt to move with an alternative team; or cancel the move altogether, we can give this undertaking as it’s so very rarely happens. There are no cancellations or change of booking fees.
‘‘On time guarantee’’
Morning appointments have a definite start time at 07.30, if your removal team does not arrive on time; we reimburse you up to 1.00 per minute to max of 30 minutes.
‘‘We break it, We fix it’’ guarantee*
We will provide a ‘We break it, We fix it’’ guarantee’ to items that we pack ourselves, however if any items are broken in transit or in the packing or unpacking stage the customer should bring it to the attention of the removal team as soon as possible but before sign off. These items will be sent immediately for repair and the client will be informed of re-delivery by operations within two working days.
* Exclusions to "We break it, We fix it" Guarantee: paintings, artwork, sculptures, pre-assembled furniture not compacted (e.g. Ikea), glassware, jewellery, gold and silver articles, precious stones, bullion, banknotes, cash, deeds, bonds and many more.
